Goldie With Fin Rot

Just started treating my nans goldfish for fin rot. How long should it take before I see results. Also a large percentage of his dorsal fin has been eaten away, any chance this will grow back? x

Treatment time should be on the back of the pack most courses are a week then personally I would do a half dose for an extra couple of days just to be sure. You should see a difference after the 2-3rd day and the fish should grow its fully back within the year. Finrot is caused by poor water conditions what is your nan keeping the fish in? Do you have any water stats?

It's my fault really, I bought the fish like it thinking that it just had a bit taken out of the fin. Then the problem progressed. I'm glad it will grow back xx
