Gold Stripe Panaque Pleco

Can anyone give me any information on the above plecos? Specifically how big they get? I've searched and couldn't find anything so far

Yep and yep ... really nice plec that shouldn't really get bigger than 5 inches, needs wood for part of it's diet but other than a lovely looking plec

LOL, your not alone on been indecisive, so many to chose from, getting the perfect one is always gonna take time. Good luck in whatever you chose, some stunning species around

Oh I know. What I REALLY want is a zebra pleco; however I dont see the point in having one as a 'pet' it would be more beneficial to try and breed them. I'd love one as a 'pet' but for the price it's not justifiable.

I'll sit and stew on the matter for weeks before I decide to or not (the problem is I want to make sure that is is practical to do so).

There are cheaper alternatives to a Zebra pleco L46 like L66, L260, L129, L66, L333, L270, L340, L411...

My LFS have some L333 in stock and I saw some online. I didn't want to have to travel the distance for the fish (too far) and LFS are poor stock normally and I refuse to buy fish from them.

No, you have to guess. I'll give you a clue, it starts with 'L' and it ends with 169 .
