Hello,
I brought a vision 180 aqarium a while back and it came with 7 goldfish, the guy who i brought it off has kept them in a tropical tank with other tropical fish like angels, gourmai's, yoyo loaches, neon's e.t.c. my question is can the gold fish be transferred to a cold water tank or even a pond? at one point they must have been in a cold water aquarium and then a heater added untill they got used to the tropical tank, the fish in question are here:

Many Thanks in advance for any replies, much appreciated!

Moving them to a coldwater tank or pond will be fine. They are extremely hardy and can adapt to most any temp but keeping them with tropicals isn't the best thing to do.

Goldfish aren't terribly bothered by temperature shifts. It shouldn't be a problem at all to lower the temperature for them. An indoor tank with the heater removed generally won't change temperature as quickly as an outdoor pond can at certain times of day.
