Gold fish...Fin rot or not?!

Hello everyone and thank u for accepting me!
I have a question...and here is the story:
I fell in love with a gold fish and despite the fact that he seemed to have a mild fin rot,decided to buy it and cure its rot.
I started with salt(he is in a QT of 3 Gl) for one week,I saw transparent growth,but very slight improvement,so I waited one week and treated with Kanaplex for 7 days. I have to say the fish is eating and active,but no improvement on his fin.In a certain light I can see his fin is complete,but transparent edges.
I am eager to put him in the main tank,so after 10 days I tried Omnipur,but still the same situation.Not getting worse,not improving.His behaviour is that of a healthy fish,poop is normal,eating like a...goldfish...
Anyone can help me?!I have him for almost 6 weeks...Thank u in advance

I am not very experienced in fin rot so don't trust my say on this, but it looks like you fish is on the recovery end of fin rot and should continue to slowly improve. The lower the stress on the fish the better so placing it into the main tank should be a good decision. Here are a few questions to ask before adding it into the main tank:
What size is the main tank?
What are the other fish in the main tank?
Do you have any salt in the main tank? For most fish, low levels of salt only serve to help them(and will certainly aid in your goldfish's final recovery in the main tank)

I have a 30 Gl main tank,with one Gold Fish and an Ancistrus.Considering the Ancistrus, I am scared to use salt in this tank.I am using Catappa leaves,clean it weekly and have some plants, also.
