Is this your shrimp ?

There was a German site that dubbed this a BlueMonsterShrimp with a ?.

hi reg 2k2.

Cool. :)

This is the German site I was talking about.  All I can make out is a couple o' sentences.  They lead a hidden life, and clearly get bigger (which you already know).  And that one of his shrimp turned white after molting(?) (see pic's), but then turned light blue after a few weeks.

hi ,
could do with a german translater
my shrimp turned very pale after he'd shed his skin.
he did go blue again few days after, he's a good
4 inches now, love wathing him feed all his little filters
waver about.

thanks  slt.  :music:

It's Atya Gabonensis - the Giant African Fan Shrimp. I got one recently too - very shy for something that looks so 'ard!

This is the oldest one yet!

I'm TERRIBLY sorry to have inconvenienced you all. I was posting on another thread about a similar subject and saw below the links to similar threads, so clicked, replied, WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE DATE ON IT! Again, my humblest apologies.
