Ghosts

I kind of want to believe in ghosts and the afterlife, but I have concerns if they do exist and are watching us. They will be up there watching me, shaking their head, saying this guys is messed up and does some weird stuff when people aren't looking. :)
I ran into a dead black cat today and wondered if you had anything to do with it. If so, you know they’ll be waiting for you o_O

If that’s the case I have about 1,000,000 spiders waiting for me.
Here’s Johnny!

i cant do big spiders. little ones i can do. tarantulas or johnny, they scare me. i can deal with them i just prefer not to if you know what i mean lol
Johnny is a hobo and totally harmless, but he is about 3 inches long. He comes out and sits with me when the sun is out. There is another kind of spider similar to him but without the beautiful markings called a recluse, and those are nasty! Luckily they hide most of the time.

I live in a house where all the boys are terrified of spiders, even if they are just 1mm long. Go figure.

You should have heard the commotion at the library a few years ago when they spotted a roach on a book. Dozens of people standing there screaming and pointing at it. eventually I got annoyed with the noise and went over to see what was going on. I knocked the roach on the floor and stepped on it. Then used a tissue to pick it up and put it in the bin. Like how hard is it for people to do that?

I do believe in the afterlife and the spiritual dimension, but I don't believe that the spirits of the dead haunt the earth. I've experienced some pretty weird stuff, but never a ghost. It's the living that generally worry me.

If @Colin_T is right and the spirits of those we killed are waiting on the other side, I'm going to have a whole lot of deer, rabbits, and trout to content with. Could be worse. I'd be more worried if I hunted lions.

Deer, rabbit and trout don't have big teeth like cats, dogs and people do. Although there are rabbits in Queensland (Australia) that hunt and kill Taipans, one of the most dangerous and venomous snake in the country. They are bad bunnies who group up and bite and kick the crap out of snakes until they kill the snake.

Geez, didn't know bunnies had that in them. That makes me happy. :)

Deer can be pretty formidable when the urge strikes them. It isn't the antlers; it's those sharp hooves driven by some very impressive muscles (a.k.a. "the edible bits"). I've seen mule deer does kick the holy living snot out of coyotes that threatened their fawns. I wouldn't want to go toe to toe with one.

Trout, on the other hand, aren't worth diddly squat in hand-to-fin combat.
