i cant start to imagine how much pain your in or even how long these things take to recover.. but i do hope your on the mend

I can move more freely today, still being tentative though, Ive done this before in the past, again fish tank moving related and know the slightest wrong move and it will go again.

you have my commiserations. i have never suffered form a slipped disc. but, if its like a trapped sciatic nerve. take it easy, but keep moving. good luck on it though.
