Fry are free swimming! Male has been removed and they have had thier first meal of banana worms!

Fry are eating happily on a variety of foods. First waterchange will be on the weekend.

Although i did count 100 freeswimming, i can now only see approx. 50 They are in a half-filled 65L tank with plants, so they are hiding most of the time...!

I cleaned the tank thoroughly just now, took out all the plants and terracot pot, and could only find 10

100 eggs->90 fry->10 free swimmers

Some might be hiding, but i doubt that...! Oh well, atleast i have a few!

Well, as you say at least a few survived and you'll probably have better luck next time. They look really cute in the pictures. What do you plan on doing with them once they've grown?

Counted 12 today

I will most likely keep them all Hoping for atleast 6 girls, as i want a sorority. Just hope these 12 survive!
