For starters its StarWars so that appeals to the geek in me straight away...

The guy in the picture is a StormTrooper, They are Imperial guards..

Imperial.... Metric....

as in the measurement systems...

normally the metric "equivalent" of imperial measured items are slightly shorter
4ft imperial is actually 1.22m - the metric equavilent is 1.2m - slightly shorter...

see.. funny or so many levels...

I agree totally, I heavily doubt that we will ever truely be able to grasp the mind of that man. He just seemed to be on another level that maybe only a few other people in history have probably ever reached and we might ever see.
