The photos were taken with a flash. If you look at both males without using a flash for a photo you can see that they both carry a copper gene and the tail rays are copper. The second one has an overall copper hue about him with a light color head. You can see the bright area of his tail. That's copper color in normal lighting. It should be interesting to see how they develop in six months.
