Frustrated Gooner

Hi All

I am a very frustrated gooner and am beginning to think I am cursed when I go to games. I don't get to go very often which is what makes it all the more annoying.

Out of the last 5 games I have been to, 4 have been a draw (3 of which we went down a goal first) and only 1 was a very tense 1-0 win. The last 3 games on the trot were all draws and they were the first game of the season agains Villa, then Everton and last nights game against CSKA Moscow. The Villa and Everton games were almost identical. One corner, one goal against us!

I think perhaps I should stop going

Who do you support then? Please don't say Chelski? Their fans have popped out of the woodwork all over the place since the 'great' Russian revolution!

I say keep going and if you can, would you also pop in to see Chelski and ManUre too see if your luck carries over to them

Seriously though I would keep going, they still play the best football in England when they are on their game and I doubt you'll get another 5 similar games for the rest of the season let alone in a run.

I thought about trying to rid my hoo doo at Chelski, my hubby's a Chelski boy so you can imagine how our house gets sometimes! but the Chelski boys don't really like having a gooner in the midst. It can be hard work being a lone girl gooner sometimes! I get a lot of stick!

They say bad things happen in 3's though hey, so perhaps the last 3 games were my bad 3 and the next one will be a good un, whenever that may be!

Football must be THE most frustrating game in the WORLD!!!!!!!
