I said so before, and I say it again.... In South Africa, we may be a decade behind the rest of the world, but at least.... we are 6 hours ahead of USA, and 2 hours ahead of UK in time...... So!!!!.... in SA, we'll be the first to reach pumpkin hour and that is in 15 minutes....
