Free To A Good Home - Rummy Nosed Tetra

Not sure if I should fill out the sales form as it's pretty basic (mods tell me to get my backside into gear if I should).

Basically, I have one very lonely rummy nosed tetra who is in need of a home. I would rather her be collected from DONCASTER, or I could possibly deliver her locally.

She's been through a lot, living in an algae ridden tank for many months, not being looked after and fed only once a blue moon. She's been chased, and caught, and put in a clean tank and has watched all her friends die, and now she's the only survivor and has been alone for over a week now

Does anyone have a lovely tank with Rummys in that she could come and play with? She needs to be rehomed asap.

if you bag her up, box her up and post to me, she can join my other 16 in my 5 foot tank. half a cup of water is plenty and it probably wont cost much. offer is there if nowt better comes along.

I have a shoal of 17 rummy nose. I'm based in York if you're up our way, I'll happily give her a home. I may be able to arrange for a friend to pick her up, but it'd be a long shot to be honest.

oh wow thats fantastic news! I'll have a word with my friend who drives me places and see if he'll drive me over. Or we could maybe meet half way? Only problem is, I can't do it at weekends, as the tank is at work and we're a school so shut at weekends

She just "hovers" above a piece of mopani root all the time, and occaissionally plays with her reflection in the glass... its so sad
