I signed up this morning but didnt know about the tank I chose to pay £11 quarterly does this mean i cant get one?

I'm allowed to order one tommorow, but I don't know what to use it for, my mam doesn't really like shrimp, and last time I had them, they all escaped! No doubt I won't set it up for ages, i'll be waiting to steal hardscape plans from you, but I think i'm going to use the list of plants on the Tropica website what they recommend for these tanks, and maybe use DIY Co2 through a Sera diffuser, as it will be more stable than using the Co2 tabs that you get to use for them. I was thinking maybe 6 harlequin rasboras? Or a betta and a couple of ottos? I'm still not sure.

doesn't look like we can renew ours though it's on direct debit and we went into the renewal thing on the website and it say's you don't need to renew booooo

in order for them all to fit that tank, you might want to skip putting water in

Great stuff - mine is sorted and I extended my subscription - should have my tank in 28 days. However for existing subscribers such as myself - it's worth nothing that this can only be onde over the phone and not online.

doesn't look like we can renew ours though it's on direct debit and we went into the renewal thing on the website and it say's you don't need to renew booooo

Just give them a ring on 08451 204600 and they'll sort it out

I don't think they'll be open outside normal business hours. But could give it a try. All you need to give them is your name, address etc. and they can call up the subscription and sort it out. Takes less than a minute

sorted it now actually, thought i didn't have the subscription no with me, then remembered i could get it off the DD in my bank so went on online banking.

paid £5 and got another tank on it's way! wooooooo
