As above a full set up (minus a filter) i have had this set up for about a year now and have not had any issues only selling due to a baby arriving and the missus says we need more space 
The tank is a coral 3f and is in excellent condition with no scratches etc.
The king british WS3 is the only meds EVER used in this tank and has only been used as a precautionary mesure when introducing new fish
the tank comes with the following
All the gravel and rocks shown in the picture (including the fake tree bark to cover the heater)
arcadia single controller
interpet heater
as well as
API freshwater master test kit (oly used a few times)
King british WS3
1 unopened tap safe (as well as 1 used bottle)
Some fish food
Nets, glass cleaners, water drainer etc etc

Tank and cabinet cost me over £300 without anything else so looking for around £150 ono collected from Liverpool
