Yeah, I know, teams spend money, but clearly, Arsenal, Liverpool and United have been a top team for many years and earnt their right to spend on good players etc, plus in cases such as Arsenal, we tend to spend money we earnt, rather than the owners millions of pounds.

That's just like saying I can't fly first class as I'm a lottery winner and I didn't earn it.

I mean look at Nasri, he's tempted by City because they are probably offering double his wages, even I would be tempted, imagine someone doing your job, but up the road, and earning double your wages. But its not realistic, and now we are being manipulated to give him more money.

Totally agree, so do Tottenham supporters, remember when you offered £100,000 a week to Sol Campbell in 1991 when the next highest paid player was Roy Keane at United on £50,000 a week?

I think City plan to have 2 world class players in every position, can't see that working but you never know. Anyway it's better to have 6 teams trying to win the league than 2.

Lol i dont know if that comparison is really accurate, the premier league is a competition with a lot at stake, for someone to just come in and suddenly boost theirselves to the top with no real reason other than they bought is a bit cheeky.

I agree! The compettion is great! I have really enjoyed the last couple seasons, mental results and really entertaining games, cant wait for the 15th..

Reef are opening the community shield - unreal. i cannot wait to hear Wembley singing Place Your Hands. im more excited about that than the match.

I think the 2 were linked.
Abramovic thought his money would buy silverwear. At the end of a season, when he didn't get the results he wanted he chucked the manager and put someone else in their place. Only to have the same thing happen again.....
