i think liverpool will finish above spurs and arsenal. i dont think they will catch man u chelsea and man city this year. but if they spend next year like they already have done this year, i think they will be a title contender again.
man utd
chelsea
man city
liverpool

spurs.
i think my beloved newcastle will push on another couple of places and finish top ten next year, we've made some good signings, and are still in the hunt for a striker to replace carrol. although theres now ay we will see any more than 10 million spent on one, Mike Ashley is a bullsh***er. i can appreciate hes reducing thw wage bill, clearing deadwood and bringing the sqauds average age down, but hes spinning the line that agents fee are consuming the 35 million.
with the 35 mill we got for carrol, 4 for nolan and 2 for routledge, thats 41 million. we spent i think 4.5 mill on cabaye, everybody else has been 'free'. im pretty sure 36 million hasnt been consumed in wage and agents fees, considering we've offloaded 3 people off the wagebill. and i bet nolan was earning more than any of the players we have signed. its a con. 10 million is the LEAST a toon fan should be expecting ashley to spend on a forward.
i do have faith in pardew though, and he seems to be getting his way with who the club approach, rather than being told who to buy. getting Ben Arfa back will arguably be more important than any of our new signings. he looked phenomenal before dirty man city ruined his season.
