I had the exact problem, at first I ignored it but it got too much!
The solution; silicon, I masked off the outside of the tank and filled the the front outside trim with a bead of silicon! Ran my wet fingers accord [I licked my finger but fairy liquid and water works fine] left the silicon to go off and cut the excess back to the trim!!
Note! I did the front and about 2" around the corners, this means that the condensation runs down the sides but I find this much less annoying!!
