Every 3 months folks from Tennessee and other states get together at The Fish Store and buy, sell, & trade fishie stuff. The next gathering is scheduled for 10/23 & 10/24. So far, there will be a barbeque on Saturday the 23rd, and probably a visit to the Aquarium in Chattanooga. We usually meet for dinner on Friday night, and just hang out. Sunday winds it down with the last fish being bagged for the ride home. Bernie at The Fish Store will gladly hold your fish for you at the store in one of his tanks until you are ready to bag them up. He can also special order pretty much anything you want with advance notice. Most of the store is set up for freshwater, but he does also have saltwater fish and accessories. It's a fantastic time to meet other folks who love the hobby, and to take home some beautiful fish. I live in Florida and have flown up there twice for the weekend. I will not be attending the gathering in October, but am already planning on being there in January. You will have an absolute blast! Please come if you can!
