Fish Swimming At Top Of Tank

I have moved my fish into a new rio 125 that has cycled and levels ok. They are now all mostly staying at the top of the tank, swimming but staying at top! Are they sussing out new tank or is this a problem

Whats your filtration like? Have you got an airstone, plenty of water movement? Fish swimming at the top usually is sign of low oxygen.

How often are you doing water changes?
What is the current temperature of the tank?
Do you have avaliable water stats? Since you say the levels are "okay".
How long was the tank cycled? Was fishless cycling used or with fish?
