You know he is the one fish that I have had that I really don't know what he was. The pleco thing confuses me so much, I always thought he was a type of Panaque. But really I don't know.
Just looked it up, it looks like a gold spot pleco L001, too me.
My auntie has one of these and I think I saw it linked in a LFS as a ‘gold spot pleco’.
The numbers and letters thing after catfish is also confusing lol
You are right, Panaque are stripy
Yeah looks like a gold spot, there’s also a gold nugget but that’s very prominent spots rather than gold squiggles
