Fish Identification!

Hi all

My girlfriend bought 4 of these little guys from my LFS last week but we cannot for the life of us remember what they are called! Any help is appreciated.

the body looks like a rocket clown killi. (I only know this because I've been obsessed with killis lately)
but they have color at the ends of their tails...but maybe not when young or maybe only a certain gender?
I'd google that name....it could be that.

also kind of looks like a bumble bee goby but I don't think the head is round enough.

Very cute though!

do only certain gender have the colored tails, or is that a maturity thing?

Females tend to not be as bright. Stress and low grading can be a factor. Looks like a female
