Does anyone know any good books that have decent care-sheets (including minimum tank sizes and habitat info) for a range of tropical fish?

I need to give my friend a huge hint - she's keeping two featherfins in 28 litres and thinks they'll be fine.

She also wants to put her RTBS back in a 28 litre.

Arg!

I need some good recommendations as she doesn't have internet access.

i know a lot of people like the atlas, but it is rather expensive

you can always find the fish on liveaquaria and print the page out to show her

I'll check out those books =)

I'm not going to print anything out. It would be a huge "I know more than you and disapprove of the way you do things" gesture. Not sure I want to wreck a 13 year friendship. A book is easier as it would seem like a nice present and she'll be able to find out for herself what her fish need without me lecturing her.
