First Time My Cory Have Done The Baby Thing

So i was sitting watching TV this afternoon and looked at the fish tank to see some little blobbs on the front. first i thought it was a reflection but on closser inspection i find that they are attached to the inside of the tank.
next thing i know the cory is sticking more of the things next to the first batch.

later on i found loads on one of my plants.

i have no money for a new tank and i wouldn't mind trying to hatch them and having some more corys. is it possable to hatch them in a community tank or am i dreaming.

any help will be appreciated.

UPDATE: Hello all that have helped when i posted. I came in from work just and i have 3 babies swimming in the floating thing!!!!!

clip the leaves of and pop them in a floating breeding trap, roll the ones on the glass onto you finger tips they are sticky then stick them to the sides of the floating hatchery

Ok just done that. slight devation from the breading trap as i don't have one and there are no shops open right now. i have floated a clean plastic lunch box on the top. will this be ok untill i can get to a shop tomorrow?

needs air holes so the water can flow otherwise the eggs will fungus some tiny holes or slits might work or you can feed a air stone into the bottom of it

If you don't have money for a tank then you can always improvise with a plastic storage container... you can get them from all sorts of big shops for only a few pounds.
You'd need a heater and a filter (air pump driven sponge filter would be best I think).

But overall it would be cheaper than a new tank and would allow you to raise the fry safely, away from hungry mouthes.

i don't even know if they are fertiled or anything so i'll see hoe we go. hope one or 2 are fertiled but not getting hopes up.

Corys often surprise you by spawning when you don't expect it. I'm glad you got the opportunity to see them in action. The good news is that, even if you don't succeed with this batch, once they have spawned they often do it again in a short while. Here's something for you to read while you are waiting. i think i may have a few fertile eggs. i don't want to get my hopes up too much though.

i was so cool seeing fry (that's mummy cory, laurie is the dad) laying her eggs. my bf and i are so shocked and excited about it. i didn't think we would ever get any breeding in my tank as i have failed with mollies.

if i do get lucky and get some babies i'll get some pics up.

I hatched my second lot in a well cleaned ice cream tub, floated in top of a tank, with a small airstone held to the inside with a peg & thankfully no fungus.

they are albino. really cute pair. when i turn the lights off at night they cuddle up together under their fave plant.

do corys only breed at this time of year. there seems to be loads of you that have eggs and fry.

some of the eggs have now hatched. can not blieve they are so so small.
