No way to know exactly what colors you will get without knowing the parantage of the pair, but I would say you will get all mixed colors.

I agree with Linda, you will probably end up with a mess of "mutts". Nothing wrong with that, though, as long as you have plans for the wee ones. Mutts are notorious for being harder to sell then pure color strains.

yea, i probably won't breed them, I'll wait till I see a nice blue. I saw one CT today and a yellow betta! I was about an hour away(looking for a new LFS) and found this one. I wasnt perpared to get them, but I might this weekend along with a "butterfly".plec, which is one of the prettiest plecs ive ever seen. CT s are rare around here. Walmart has better bettas than my LFS sadly. They are all "marbled" probably like what mine would look like. But after i get some more time and money(halo 2 in 5 days whoo!) and my dad wants get get a pair of cichlids and set up a 30 gallon in his room(YES! MTS has spread through my family ) So Ill kepp you posted on whats gonna happen. thanks

Well my local LFS(not the one an hour away) stocked Cts for the first tim ever(with a little petition done by me ) I thnik it is a Ct or a Combtail...but anyways hes pretty! Hes a very blue male(has some red wash..but im still happy) and i hope to breed them soon. I have been learning a lot of things and i still cant find what fin type my female is...a VT CT or Delta! I just donno?
