I'll give them a chance to settle in before flashing them I think. lol. They're all hiding under a rock anyway. They were out and about yesterday afternoon so it shouldn't be too long.

Me I keep mealworms as pets! Hahaha may sound freaky but it is quite fun watching them crawlin roun yo hand! One of my worms has already formed inot a beetle!

I'm still waiting on my little mealworms to pupate. I think I caught my beetles mating yesterday.

Maybe I'll have little beetlelets scurrying around soon

Congrats on that! My beetle is in with the other worms! Its quite great knowing you like mealworms as pets too!

Hardly see my meal worms cos they're always buried in the soil. Sometimes I have a dig for them

I keep my worms in some egg layong crumbs or paper strips...

That should work just as well. The beetles will eat paper so it's a bonus. I've got an old stick and they're always chewing on it.

Yeah... What do you ussually feed the critters?

I give than just about any vegetables. Carrots, potatoes, corn etc etc. sometimes when they're sitting on my hand they try and chew away at my skin lol.
Camera is battery less so it's charging right now.

Okey dokey.
I have neglected my camera for some reason...
I will snap a couple of pics tomorrow and see how beetles do in POTM competitions. I've gotten attached to my signature snail and want a pet one. I think I'll go snail hunting on the weekend. Hopefully they can't outrun me .
