I know but I'm gonna wait till I get the filter and nitrate reducing stuff in before I do a WC. It's not that high for a fresh setup. Arguably tolerable up to 20?

Most fish should be able to tolerate 20ppm quite easily, but any corals (including the one you have there on your rock) are much more sensitive and I would be looking to get it down. You can only improve the situation by doing a few small water changes. Fingers crossed the nitrate is just a result of the cycling process and shouldn't get that high when the system is up and running properly.
