Hi all,
I have a fully cycled tank which has been running for 8 months and tonight I found my first little neon tetra floating dead at the top of the tank
I did a water test first and stats are all fine:
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20-40
No changes have been made to the tank and I didn't notice any problems with any of my fish
I had a look at the dead one at its colour was still bright, fins where fine and no marks on him. All the other fish are active and all seem fine.
Have I just been unlucky and likely he was the weak one of the group?
Thanks
Pete
