Fire-bellied fish?

Hi

My friend has been sold a pair of fire-bellied fish (?) plus an angel for her new setup. One of the fire-bellies has died already and I'm trying to find some info on them but the only thing that comes up on google is fire-bellied toads. Does anyone know of these fish? Cos I've never seen them before unless they have another name? Anyone know what water conditions they like etc?

Do you have a photo? I have heard of fire bellied newts, and red bellied pirhana...

I would guess it might be some kind of cichlid if sold with angels, but I am guessing since it is not my forte...
