Finally! Here are some pics of my redone 55gal.

K, i figured i would give ya an idea of just how drastic this change was. I totally stripped down the tank...took all the gravel and plants out....put in flourite and then replanted and rearranged. And here is a rough step by step 'presentation' of what it looked like or was like. Hope ya like! Please comment! Thankz!! The first one is a before picture!......

Here is a picture of after i had put the Flourite back into the tank and was starting to put back in the decorations. Notice the DIY pots at each end of the tank. I got clay pots from Walmart...scraped/cut/chiseled a hole into the side of them and then smoothed it out so no sharp edges, then i siliconed rocks onto them to make them look natural. Turned out better than i thought actually. Anywho...he is the middle stage. ...

And these last few pics are of the finished product!! Yay!! I love the way it turned out...better than i thought it would. There are gonna be a quite a few pictures cuz i want 'cha to see all angles...the first few are from the shot more from the left side of the tank.

Really pretty! I love the light and airy feeling about it, it isn't heavily decorated with rocks and plants, just right!!

Do you have any fish in, probably not huh?

...yeah, thats my baby. Spent a long time getting it just right. Sure i can get some close up pictures of the DIY condos...lol. Might not be able to see them real well cuz they are behind plants...but i'll try. As of yesterday i had(hope i still have...)4 congo tetras, 2 rummynose(started out with 4, keep dying off.... ),5 albino cherry barbs, 12 otos.,and 3 corys. I'm thinking of going and getting some SAE's today to help with the algae...althought i think the 12 otos should be able to do a great job...lol. I'm gonna be putting in 4 albino kribs and 4 German Blue Rams in on Wednesday or Thursday. I'll just keep them in there long enough for them to pair up and then i will remove the other two pairs i don't want in there. So in the end there will be 1 pair of albino kribs and 1 pair of G.B. Rams. I would love to get more congos..perhaps more males so they display more, but i don't want to over stock my tank. It is planted well and i do faithful water changes and all, i just don't want to over stress. Gimme your info! Thankz for the compliments. I don't think i really have a chance at TOTM, but thankz for the nomination anyway!
