Try and feed them up slowly. If they still remain skinny then maybe look at getting them treated. I use Wormer Plus from Plymouth Discus to great effect. Only needed to use it once when I first got them and then they were fine

But I either never had those or the quarantine time took care of them (lucky me – knock on wood) so I have no suggestions here. But it looks like you got lots of excellent advice on that end already. Anyway, the puffers are doing fine. i didnt get any d-worming stuff. i think they were just skinny cause the LFS was feeding them flakes.
They are getting little bellies finally!!
