I have not heard good things about the Interpet medication (and I haven't heard bad things either), so I can't tell you about the effectiveness of it. I do use eSHa 2000 which has given me by far the best results in a long time.
What I can recommend is that for the problems with oxygen, you can lower your temperature to 22-23C (cooler water has the capacity to hold more oxygen) and aim the filter to disturb the surface as much as possible.
Hopefully the dose will work (5ml-50%+3ml should mean a total of 5.5ml in the water, unless some has already been "used up"). I know it works for eSHa 2000, but as I haven't used Interpet's stuff...
Anyway, your stocking is a bit on the odd (not what I'd have) side, but there are no actual problems with the set-up.
