Filter Media Donation? Belfast Area

Hi,

I'm making a impassioned request to anyone out there who would be up for donating some mature filter media for my 60 litre tank?

I am doing a fish in cycle and feel bad for any hassle I have caused the fish with the filter change and constant water changing.

I plan to move my fish from my small 30 litre tank into a 60 litre one, much wider for them.

In return I could replace any part of the pad you chop off / can paypal you a donation back.

Would be very grateful for any help.

I do yes, I'm actually at my parents today just outside ballymena.

I could drive up this afternoon if that suits? I work and live in belfast during the week.

Could post a replacement pad or give you some money towards a new pad?

I'm really unsure how much they cost. Its a juwel trigon 350 with standard filter. You could check jungle world and jollies. They do them. Ballymena is about half hour drive away.

I have an aquaball, the pad is circular, would I trim your donation to my own custom shapes to fit in the areas, or would a small piece get it started?

I don't know how much I would need for a 60 litre tank.

I feel I should give something back though. I've no idea how much I would need to be honest. I'm sure a small piece would be fine, whatever doesn't affect your tank!

I can drive up whenever, weekends suit best as I usually come up for Sunday lunch with my folks

water doesnt hold anything good in it and even with some mature filter media it will take a while to cycle so you will be doing water changes anyway.

Of course. I'm up in belfast thursday evening as I have a hospital appointment if you can wait that long, if not and your willing to travel this far then no problem.
