i have a fluval 305 recently bought new from ebay for about £50
its now in my trigon 190 and the old fiter was removed this weekend.
very happy with the new one and plenty of room for media - took 2 of my juwel sponges and added them to the new one.
removing the juwel filter was a peice of cake took about 10 mins, and if you do it whilst newish you wont get the mountain of crap falling in

still the new filter cleared the water very quickly

I haven't actually ordered my Juwel Vsion 180 yet, I saw an aquastyle 980 in local shop on weekend and think im going to go for that with my eheim 2026 all hooked up it should be pretty good
