AA - those are great tips and am glad you said all that.
Am planning to feed frozen bloodworms and feed them the day before water changes (feed Fri, water change Sat) so that there's not too much rotting food for too long if I overfeed.
Your theory of no feeding for one day sounds good and think will do just that. Think will make that Sundays. Thats my plan anyway!
And I have got some micro sinking Shrimp food as well, so will do that once a week just to be sure.
I kinda like the look of the spray bar if I'm honest but may just turn it down a notch if it means its good for the plants
