Feeding Variety

hello all need some ideas i currently feed all my tanks the following (not at once!)

flakes
cichlid gold
cichlid excel
rice crispies
cucumber
breadcrumbs
algae wafers

then live food once a week

brine shrimp
daphnia


what else can i feed them around the home to give variety in there diet?

If it is a speceis only tank (chilchids) it may be best to post in ght chilchids sub section, those gys will be able to tell you the best things to feed your fish.

for all tanks really. but il post there too

I would take the rice krispies and breadcrumbs and possibly the flakes out of their diet.


how come? bloating?
 
you could also feed them with bloodworms, earthworms and ocasionally tubifex...
 
What fish are they? Different fish have different dietrt requirements.
 
I just can't make my fish eat any veg at all.
I've tried cucumber, corshets, lettuce and banana.

I've heard that tomato and peas are good. Do they need to be steamed first or diced up?
