Feeding Congo Tetras

high i got a 4ft tank

i have:

8 x male congos
2 x leopard corys
3 x bristlenose pleco

i was wondering how much times i should feed them to keep them really healthy.

twice daily is awesome as I feed my neon/cardinal morning with flake and at night they eat bloodwarm alone with my Clown loaches.

feeding once a day and skipping a day of the week is pretty much your best bet for most fish...you really have to be careful not to overfeed if youre going to do it twice a day, and i would still skip one day
