why get rid of the blue acara for beating on the jade eyes get rid of the jade eyes that blue acara is an abslute stunner

was a tough choice but id rather sell 1 fish than 2. also the jade eyeds are actually cryptoheros cutteri which apparently are much harder to come by than acaras . that appeals to me a lot too

I keep seeing his pic in buy and sell, and whilst I'm trying to cut back on the number of tanks I'm running he does look good. Depending on how much room I need and if I've got an empty tank of sufficient size I'm thinking about making an offer for him.

Whats a minimum tank size? If I've got a tank big enough (or can pick one up cheaply) and have room for it I'd be willing to build a tank up around him. New project for me.

the species index on this forum quotes 50 gallon as altho usually they usually grow smaller in aquariums it has the potential to reach around 8 inches
