ive got an absolutely stunning f0 wild male blue acara im putting him up for sale hes in flawless condition with excellent colour around 3.5 to 4 inches how much do you think i could get for him?

no you wouldnt 5 notes would get you 1 of the crappy inbred lfs ones this 1 is f0 and exceptional

lol they are not particularly expensive but im just sumising that in a species that has been interbred over and over resulting in lots of dull drab poor quality specemins that a bold bright superb condition f0 must be worth more than the norm for the species?

The original fish that got me hooked on Cichlids was a Blue Acara, always wanted another but i've never seen one that has caught my eye.

i would post mate but my fish bagging skills aint up to scratch for that . tbh i dont really want to sell him but hes decided he hates my jade eyeds hes fine with everything else but is always looking to beat up on them. i may try giving him the old time out treatment then re-introducing . if that fails il probably sell him on

£25 for a blue acara? Ok it's F0 but you can still get them for £5.50 at 4" if you look hard enough.

In my LFS I bought them for 50p each, they were just normal run of the mill blue acaras though.

its not the species its the quality of him and if you read properly i didnt ask for 25 i was told i could get 25
