Sorry to resurrect an old thread but this is the exact same situation I have found myself in. I would love to buy an EX1200 but it will not fit through the door. I can disassemble the cabinet (a lot of effort) and can slot it in but will I need to take it out to clean or can it be cleaned leaving the machine where it is?

If the EX1200 isnt likely to happen whats the next best solution? EX700 or Fluval 306? Both will fit.
