Emperor 400

I was just doing water change, I have 2 emperor 400's on tank, one stop pumping water, I am trying to prime it, but pump wont kick in


Advise please b4 I lose my bio filter on that filter

Has stop pumping for about 7 minutes

Did you take it apart when cleaned it?

No all I did was take some water out, they both stop, but when I added water only one started back up, try to prime second still no go

Your sure the Flow Control is pulled up all the way?

Make sure the Flow Manifold is seated firmly in the filter box.

Make sure intake tube is not displaced from inside the impeller house.

Other than that, something could be interferring with the rotation of the magnetic impeller.

Unplug filter, remove the Flow manifold, then put it back in. then fill filter with water. re-plug in.
