My tiger bar and lip looks like it’s going to the side. First time I saw something on his bottom lip it was some weird white thing I thought looked like food tht couldn’t fit in his mouth. Now his bottom lip is slanted to the side. He eats normal and everything. What in the world is it. (All conditions in water are good). His lip also looks like it’s slowly disintegrating.

Hi,

I think your fish may have mouth fungus/mouth rot. It's a bacterial infection. You should look it up and do research to see if it matches with any of the symptoms. Here is a good article:
