thats what i was thinking i have more than enough biological filtration as stats are always good just need mjore mechanical filtration to keep water free of crud/debris so i will be looking for a small quiet powerful cheap internal soon

thing is, you will need more than a small filter. you need to, at least, double your circulation.

may go for a second cannister then as i dont like internals really they are ugly and take up tankm space hence wanting smallish 1 ( less obtrusive easier to hide)
