I have just changed tanks and moved contents from one to other everything was ok but the filter now all i get out of it is a trickle of water any reason why and how can i rectify it,there are no unusual noises as if something is loose or broken just hardly any water.any help would be appreciated.

Ok do you have the taps on?? if so turn the filter off.. close the taps. Open up the filter make sure you have a place where water can drip on as this could be messy. Fill the filter cannister up with tank water to the brim of it then place the lid back on trying to keep as much water in the cannister as possible and as little air in the filter as possible...clip the taps on turn the filter on and it should be back to full strength
