Ebay Auction

I'd buy em just to get them out of those nasty cups(considering they might have just put them in the cups take pics of them, still looks cramped nonetheless...They're actually very pretty.

Me 2 ...I have my betta alone in a 3 gallon tank...Its so happy in there...I hope :D ...Well I dont think that the person whos selling those put them there to take pics of...It would 2 hard to put them back considering the STRESS on the poor bettas. I think they look pretty... :hey:

considering he's selling those fish, i'd guess those cups are just temporary housing until they are sent to their new owners.

I was seriously considering those, I love the white/purple boy on the top left, but then I read that they weren't the exact fish you would get..... I would trust the breeders on here to just send me what they thought was best, and other well known breeders on AB, but I don't trust ebay as much.... and I'm not gonna complain about the cups, obviously these will go quite quicker than wal-mart bettas, and are temp homes...... breeders can't put all of their boys in the luxuries that we put ours in......

arghhhh, those bowls are so small!!!! It hurts just to look at them

I don't quite understand the constant complaining about small bowls/cups...... These are BREEDERS, they can't possibly keep all of their fry in 1 gallon or more like we do.... If that is the standards we put on everyone that bred bettas, none of us would have any to keep for pets........

I wounder if anyone would buy bettas if they were sold at £100 for an everyday one just so it can be sent in it's own 3 gallon luxury pad B)

^^^ My thoughts exactly.... to keep hundreds of bettas in luxury temp homes, we would be paying outragous prices for them............

when i looked at that, my first thoughts were "that cant be real..."
My first thought when I read that is that you must be from the UK  ;)
Teeny tiny cups like that are, sadly, pretty common over here in the States. They're pretty crappy, even as temporary homes.
