Awesome pics wolf! :D

Just a warning, watch out for the festivum if you have him in with the small tetras,i know you probably have loads of hiding spaces for them but they might soon smell like fresh meat for them, i know my tetras did when mine started turning evil :(

tanks for all the nice coments
the L200 is 5", he rarely comes out during the day.

Hi very nice Kribs and Checks.

I'm thinking about turning my 2ft x1ft x1ft vivarium (reptile tank) into a Krib tank, how many kribs could I possibly keep? If none then I shall go for some Bettas or a shoal of Lamp Eyes.

What do you people think?

Also what will I need to clean the tank out with, because it has witnessed Lizards and (forgot the live food name), should I use soap, washing up liquid? what?

Thanks
Shaun
p.s. I'm new to this site as you can see.

That L200 is stunning.... the yellow spots are so vivid :D

I'm a plec fan anyway, so I am a bit bias !!! ;)

ya watch out for the festivum. mine ripped up a couple of angels in about 5 minutes and neither of them recovered. he likes feeders too. swallows em whole

Never seen albino tetra's very unusual, but very nice.

At the risk of being pedantic, the neon tetra in the first pic is a Lutino, not an Albino. :D

 good pics.

shaun, you'll get more responses to your questions if you post them in a separate thread. i don't know about what you should use for cleaning the tank, but definately avoid "fairy liquid" or whatever it is. in a 2x1x1 tank (~15 USG) you could keep a single krib and some tetras, no problem. however, you would not have enough space to keep 2 kribs of the same sex or enough for a breeding pair. also, only female bettas can be kept in groups (odd numbers, no fewer than 5). a male betta can be kept with no other bettas, period. except for the day or two it takes to breed, a male will not even tolerate a female in his territory.

good luck!

and nice fish again, wolfie.
