does anyone on here breed crowntails, and sells?

ya...i know.....i've read over multiple websites about breeding......andi don't have a job, or any other thing to do, so i've got plenty of time....especially since school gets out next week.

i forgot one thing though....how deep is the water supposed to be??
Hmmm....i wonder if Jans Tropical Fish special orders....

oh my...look at the time (12:45). i think i should be gettin to bed! i most likely won't be on tomorrow....gotta go to my bf's grad party. (12-6)

i have to ask, why dont you have a job? if I were you I definetly would not try to breed bettas, because you dont have your own money, and unreliable sources can lead to very bad things when you need alot for breeding. sounds to me like you should get a job and then think about it.

i probably won't have a job until after i get out of highschool. i'd have to call off alot of days because of marching band. i can't just get a summer job either, cuz marching band practice runs all summer till about one week before school, then we go to camp.

money really isn't a problem.....don't worry bout it. my bf wants to do this as much as i do, so he'll pay for what i need. i'm probably going to go get a heater today. and i'm also gonna go to a "Jans Tropical Fish" place, that might do special orders.

well, no luck from Jans...BUT there is a fish store right by them, that said they could order crown tail, split tail, and alot others. but theres a bad thing about that place.....while looking at certain fish, you could see that this one kind, some were plain, and some had very unatural colors. no two had the same pattern. well, i asked a worker if they buy dyed fish, and he said that he buys about 6 different types of fish that are dyed.

any way, the guy said that the specail betta's are $10 and he couldn't remember how much females are. but these fish aren't young. he said that they are around 1yr old. i've heard that it's harder to breed them after 14months....which doesn't leave alot of time there.

so, i'm still hoping that there is someone out there with a cheap pair of sibling CT's.

this post fell down....so just to let ya'll know, i'm still lookin for some cheap betta's. we may have already found some, but we're still thinkin bout it. since the betta's we are thinking about haven't been ordered yet, they may be about a year old, and there no telling what colors are gonna come it...so i'm still semi-lookin.
