I use a modified cat trap to catch them, then keep them in cages in the basement. Sometimes they escape and grow into gremlins and then I have to send the dogs in to flush them out. But all my food is killed humanely in a CO2 tent before being prepped and cooked.


The sticky makes it easier to batter them. I don't need egg white to get the cornflour and bread crumbs to stick to them if they are already sticky.
