do you look after Brine shrimp

do they need a filter
do they need a heater
how size tank should they be in
is a 2 gallon UK tank ok to be them in
 
Brine shrimp are food not friends :p

ah. that makes more sense. yeah, sea monkeys or premixed brine shrimp eggs would probably be your best bet. just follow the directions on the packet.

although they would not need a "fliter" per se, they will need some sort of water agitation. i suggest looking at the 5-minute DIY sponge filter instructions pinned in the DIY forum. that or something similar would probably be a good way to keep your brine shrimp alive and kicking.
 
yes i will make one of them 5 min filters :)


does any one know the cost of Brine shrimp ( just a rough guide so i no ) :)

i remember my sister having something like that
& the food when in about 4 weeks & the things staved to death
so what do i fed them once the food run out
 
Order from Brine Shrimp Direct if you in the US they have really good hatch rates and they provide a free batch of selco to feed them.

Edit : If your not in the US or canada you can probabaly find selco from a brine shrimp hatchery or maybe and a lfs
