Do You Ever Feel Weird Eating Fish?

if they havent been out of the tank lonh enough and are still flapping about it feels wierd

the only fish i eat is that boil in the bag cod in butter sauce and we have laughed about the fact the fish watch you eat and are horrified,

Plus its not like we eat the same fish we keep in our aquariums, just like we dont eat the meat we keep as pets, ie cats and dogs. Although i suppose some people keep farm animals as pets

See, that doesn't faze me at all - I love chicken and I don't think that would change even if I kept them (which I intend to do in the next couple of years).

Had to drag this up again, because while I have no issues with it for me, I did feel a bit odd cutting up a bag of sprats with a pair of scissors for the cats dinner this evening. Never felt weird about chopping their meat before... but then I guess I don't spend half my life staring into a tank of chicken/pig/beef/lamb hearts swimming up and down and thinking how wonderful it would be if they had little baby hearts LOL
